Basic Hairstyles, Stretching Methods, Lices Treatment
Hairstyle or Hairdo general tips
Don't braid too tight in order to avoid mechanical damages!
Trim your ends on average twice or thrice or four times a year!
Don't use too much heat on your hair! It can create heat damages!
On a regular basis, do medium size braids!
Alternate between different hair styles!
Alternate between different hair parting or shaping (box shape, round or free shape, triangle shape)!
Use head bands to stretch your hair at night if neccessary!
Once in a while, one can go to a saloon and have hair done by a professional "styler" (straightening your hair and trimming your ends, sophisticated hairstyles/braiding, for instance).

Basic Hairstyles, Stretching Methods
Generally, we need basic hairstyles like : 2 strands twists, single braids (3 strands braids), flat twists, cornrows, bantu knots, banding, african threading (nylon fabric) to stretch and have a blow dry result without heat!

Lices Treatment
1. Do a vaseline wrap (with lavender/tea-tree essential oil : optional)
for 8 hours or for a whole night. This treatment will make the lices suffocate.
Vaseline is used here punctually and hence will not damage your hair.
Vaseline is going to be more efficient in this case because it is more occlusive compared to a pomade/butter/oil.
2. Wash your hair with a clarifying shampoo
3. Moisturize (LO method) and then blow dry your hair
4. Check your hair with a comb using small sections
5. Restart the whole procedure a week later if needed : optional
