August 2021 - Trim and Length Check

As promise, every six months I give you an update about my hair growth after a good trim as well as my daughter's.

My hair is growing regularly. In february 2021, it was measuring 10,24 inches (26cm). In august 2021, it was measuring 12.2 inches (31cm), which represents a growth of 1,97 inches (5cm) in six months (when 2,36 inches -6cm- of growth was expected).

Onto my daughter. In february 2021, her hair was measuring 13,77 inches (35cm). In august 2021, her hair was measuring 15.35 inches (39cm), which represents a growth of 1,57 inches (4cm) in six months (when 2,36 inches -6cm- of growth was expected). I did a blow dry on her hair for the length check but there is not much a difference when straightening the hair with just your finger, around 0.39inch (1cm) of difference.

The next length check will be in february 2022. I may not blow dry the hair.

Recently, in february 2021, my hair were measuring 10,24 inches (26cm) which is a growth of 1,57 inches (4cm) in six months. I don't use heat on my hair (no brushing, no straigthening). Then, the measuring is not very precise. Onto my daughter. Her hair made a plateau in august 2020 because it was measuring 12,6 inches (32cm) which was a growth of only 0,39 inch (1cm) in six months. Recently, in february 2021, her hair was measuring 13,77 inches (35cm) that represents 1,18 inches (3cm) of growth in six months. Her hair seems to be growing slowly. Day Planning, Activities, School Follow Up, Profession Choice, Life Cycle   EN (English) Day Planning A day has 24 hours for everyone. So what makes the difference? The organisation or schedule, the environment, the working methods, our own capacities, what we do (or are able to do). So, planning our day is very important. Of course, all of our days are not going to be identical but they should have a pretty similar "model". Indeed, every day, everyone need to sleep (enough), to eat (as healthy as possible) and also to be active (manually and intellectually). Sleeping (8h to 10h), eating (2h) and moving a little (2h) take already almost half of the day. It remains then around 12 hours at our disposal to really capitalize.
