August 2023 - Trim and Length Check

It has been 2 years, I didn't give you an update about my hair growth after a good trim as well as my daughter's.

My hair is still growing regularly but in a lower rate. In August 2021, it was measuring 12.2 inches (31cm). In August 2023, it is measuring 16,5354 inches (42cm), which represents a growth of 4,33071 inches (11cm), when actually the double was expected.

Onto my daughter. In August 2021, her hair was measuring 15.35 inches (39cm). In August 2023, it is  measuring 15,748 inches (40cm) , which means almost no growth. He hair growth is experiencing a plateau. Also, my daughter is very active and as a child a bit careless. 

The measuring is done on natural hair straighten with hand and not heat. This induces an error gap from 0,393701 to 1,1811 inches (1 to 3 cm ).

The hair growth slow-down or plateau seems to be around 15,748 inches (40cm) for our family with our current routine. Is it possible to boost our hair growth further? Our routine is the only element that we can really improve.  

I will keep you posted for any major change in our hair growth and routine.
